Palliative and Hospice Care Resources

At some time during your caregiving journey, you may reach a point where you must consider palliative or hospice care for your loved one.  For this book, I’ve focused on providing caregiving resources and preparation materials to help families before a loved one arrives at the palliative and end-of-life, hospice stages. However, I did not want to neglect this topic because it is such an important conversation to have.
